Our online store is hosted on Shopify (“Shopify”), which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the USA (see Shipping Policy for updated list). Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees. International orders may be limited and are subject to country restrictions.

You agree to provide accurate, updated purchase and account information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all orders placed through the Site.

Attempting to violate Site security is prohibited. We may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement.

Folly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products. Liability will not exceed:

Either party may terminate these Terms. Obligations before termination survive termination.

These Terms and our posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Folly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflicts of law rules. You agree to jurisdiction in Greene County, Missouri.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
