From us to you

Shipping

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $70. Under that? Shipping is calculated at checkout. 

We pack and ship Monday-Friday, and we do our best to ensure orders ship within 1-2 business days. From there, U.S. delivery usually lands in 3-7 business days depending on where you are, and the shipping you choose. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order ships, so you can watch your glow make its way home. 

Shipping internationally? Right now, Folly ships within the United States only. International shipping is on the way - join our email list and we'll let you know the moment your country is on the list.

No hard feelings

Returns + exchanges

Didn't fall in love? It happens. You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. 

Here's the quick version: 

  • Start your return by emailing us at support@follyskincare.com with your order number. 
  • We'll send you a prepaid return label
  • Once your return is on its way, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. 

A few honest notes: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is on us. Sets and bundles must return complete to qualify. Gift cards are final sale.
