Shipping
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $70. Under that? Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We pack and ship Monday-Friday, and we do our best to ensure orders leave our hands with 1-2 business days. From there, U.S. delivery usually lands in 3-7 business days depending on where you are, and the shipping you choose. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order ships, so you can watch your glow make its way home.
Shipping internationally? We've got you — Folly ships worldwide. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on location. Any customs or duty fees set by your country are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Didn't fall in love? It happens. You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Tried it and it wasn't made for you? We still want to hear from you. Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — because your skin deserves a routine it loves.
Here's the quick version:
- Start your return by emailing us at support@follyskincare.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Once your return is on its way, we'll process your refund within 5-7 buisness days to your original payment method.
A few honest notes: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is on us. Sets and bundles must return complete to qualify. Gift cards are final sale.
